Displaying a Randomly Chosen Message

Here is sample PHP code from Yamhill Democrats “Inspriration” block, so put it anywhere that you can set the Input Type (Block, node, ...) to PHP. This changes at every page load. The Drupal support/forum section has other variations so you can have a single message of the day, or whatever instead.
